We were thrilled to secure this very powerful daughter of Bungleinthejungle for €45,000 at Goffs Orby Book 1.

A fine, big and attractive filly, she has the look of a real speedster and was exactly the type of physical we were hoping to find at the sale. Bungleinthejungle has sired a host of very fast horses, while her dam, Alliseeisnibras, is by Slade Power – ‘uncle’ to our own Night In Vegas!

The mare has already produced two winners from three runners, with some highly rated ones amongst them, and we were delighted to secure her within budget. She is eligible for the Goffs Millions Series, with a number of €50,000 bonuses on offer, as well as the Band C restricted races.

She will be trained by Owen Burrows, who has quickly become an important member of the Kennet Valley trainer roster. Owen also trains our star filly, Calendar Girl, and we are delighted to have another exciting prospect joining his stable.

She looks very much like a sprinter and, all being well, we hope she could be ready for a fillies’ maiden or novice in late spring or early summer next year. Longer term, a race such as the Weatherbys Super Sprint at Newbury in July could be an exciting target.

The share price includes all costs relating to the horse for the first year. This includes the purchase price, training fees, vets fees, budgeted racing/entry costs, insurance, buyer commission, and a management fee.

The management fee includes all administration, guaranteed badges when the horse runs, additional racecourse hospitality where possible, communication and event management, hospitality at the various trainer open mornings, and invitations to various other Kennet Valley events during the year.
