Equality bolts up at Windsor under William Buick

The Charlie Hills-trained Equality hacked up in the 5 furlong feature at Windsor on Monday night. In calmer waters after two runs in Group company the gelded son of Equiano recorded his fourth career win on the sprint handicap under a massive weight of 10 stone 4. Champion jockey William Buick might not get as easy a winner all year as he won by 5 1/2 lengths. On his day he is a serious sprinter and we will have to see what the handicapper does next week, but he will likely have to step back into Stakes races and hopefully can land a big one this term. All credit to the team at Charlie’s who seem to have got this speedball on another upward trajectory.
