Desert Raider sheds his maiden tag

The Charlie Johnston-trained Desert Raider won at Chelmsford on Saturday afternoon. He becomes are 3rd two-year-old winner of the season, meaning all three that have run have won!

In the first time visor and stepped up in trip to 7 furlongs he broken well and made all. He seemed to get a little lonely in front and hang on left and just hung on to win by just a nose. However this will have done his confidence the world of good and hopefully he can now build on this success.
